The hotel is ideally situated near the sea front, perfect for the Festival and a nice stroll to Gunwalf. The rooms were cosy and clean, though a bit small in size. The staff was warm and friendly, making my stay pleasant. The dining options were limited but knowing this in advance helped. Overall, the location and staff stood out as highlights of my stay.

The hotel was ideally located near Gunwharf Quays designer outlet and a short drive from Paultons Park & Peppa Pig World, making it perfect for the Festival. The rooms, though not as spacious as advertised, provided a pleasant garden view and a cozy ambiance. The helpful and respectful service, particularly from Jack, added to the positive experience, despite the challenge of parking. The dining options, mostly from vending machines, could be more diverse. The location offered easy access to multiple town attractions but was affected by noise from foot traffic. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
